Let’s start production
Brief & quotation
We review your part, specifications, materials and planned volumes, then agree on project terms.
Tooling & trials
We accept an existing mould or manufacture a new one and carry out a production trial.
Serial production
We produce the agreed batch, with assembly and packaging to your specifications.
Finished goods
We prepare documentation and arrange dispatch, including to third parties on your behalf.
What is the minimum order?+
We accept orders from 1,000 parts. Feasibility, pricing and lead times depend on part geometry, materials and tooling.
Can you work with our existing mould?+
Yes. We can accept your mould. We will review machine compatibility, materials and production requirements before starting.
What if we only have a sample?+
We can start with a physical sample and discuss part design and mould manufacturing. An existing 3D model can also be used for a quotation.
Which materials can you process?+
Polypropylene, polyethylene, polystyrene and other plastics. The specific grade and formulation depend on the intended application.
Can we visit your factory?+
Yes, by prior arrangement. Contact us to agree on the purpose and timing. Our facility is in Arneevo village in the Moscow region, Russia.
